1. Introduction

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Mili Vega and the buyer regarding the sale of artwork.
 

2. Payment Terms and Order Confirmation

- Currency: All prices on this website are listed in British Pounds (£). The currency converter tool is provided for your convenience to view approximate values in other currencies, but final transactions are processed in GBP.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal.

- Order Processing: A purchase is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment is fully validated.
 

3. Shipping and Security

- Handling & Dispatch: Each artwork is professionally packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom to ensure its integrity during transport.

- Delivery Times: UK: up to 1 week. International: 1 to 2 weeks (subject to customs processes).

- Insurance: All pieces are fully insured for their total value and include a tracking number.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for the majority of destinations. Important note: For large-format works, significant weights, or international destinations with complex access, shipping costs are not included; these will be quoted and coordinated on an individual basis prior to the final payment.

 

4. Taxes and Duties

UK Shipments: There are no customs charges for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

International Shipments: Any tariffs, duties, or import taxes that may arise in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The courier will contact you directly to arrange payment for any applicable charges before or upon delivery.
 

5. Returns and Exchange Policy

- Period: You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return or exchange.

- Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

- Security Requirement (Mandatory): It is mandatory to provide photographic evidence in chronological order: the condition of the exterior packaging before opening, the unpacking process, and the condition of the artwork immediately upon removal. Failure to provide this complete sequence of evidence invalidates any claim for damages or insurance activation.

- Refunds: Once the returned piece has been verified, a refund of the artwork's value will be issued, deducting the costs of packaging, the original shipping, and the insurance premium.

- Exchanges: Once the returned artwork is received and verified, you will be issued a Digital Gift Card for the net value (total amount paid minus original shipping, packaging, and insurance costs) to be used toward a new piece.

- Return Costs: Return shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Exception: If the return is due to damage caused during transport, the claim will be processed through the transport insurance, subject to the validation of the mandatory photographic sequence.
 

6. Certificate of Authenticity

Every original artwork by Mili Vega is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This document serves as a guarantee that the piece is an original, unique work. Should you require additional documentation, photographs, or video evidence of the work’s condition prior to purchase, please contact us.
 

7. Intellectual Property and Governing Law

The sale of the physical artwork does not transfer any rights to the copyright or reproduction of the work. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the artist.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our collectors. Personal information collected during the checkout process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing relevant updates. We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal data to third parties.
