​1. Introduction

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Mili Vega and the buyer regarding the sale of artwork.

 

2. Payment Terms and Order Confirmation
 

Currency: All prices on this website are listed in British Pounds (£). The currency converter tool is provided for your convenience to view approximate values; however, final transactions are processed in GBP.
 

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
 

Order Processing: A purchase is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment is fully validated.
 

3. Shipping and Delivery
 

Handling and Dispatch: Each artwork is professionally packed and dispatched to ensure its integrity during transport. Depending on the piece, shipments are dispatched from either the United Kingdom or Peru (the specific origin of each artwork is indicated in its respective product description). Please allow 2 to 3 business days for preparation and packaging before shipping.
 

Delivery Times:
 

Shipments from the UK: UK: 3 – 7 business days / International: 5 – 14 business days.

Shipments from Peru: Peru: 3 – 5 business days / International: 10 – 20 business days (subject to customs processes).
 

Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for their total value and include a tracking number.
 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the artwork and the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are added to the order total during the final stage of the purchase process.

4. Taxes and Duties
 

Domestic Shipments: There are no customs charges or additional tariffs for deliveries within the same country from which the artwork is dispatched (United Kingdom for artworks shipped from the UK, or Peru for artworks shipped from Peru).

International Shipments: Any tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The courier service will contact you directly to arrange payment for any applicable charges before or upon delivery.

5. Returns and Exchange Policy
 

Period: A period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the artwork is available to request a return or exchange.

 

Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Security Requirement (Mandatory): To protect both parties, it is mandatory to provide photographic evidence in chronological order: the condition of the exterior packaging before opening, the unpacking process, and the condition of the artwork immediately upon removal. Failure to provide this complete sequence of evidence invalidates any claim for damages or insurance activation.

Refunds (due to change of mind or personal preference): If you decide to return the artwork because it does not meet your expectations, once the returned piece has been verified, a refund of the artwork's value will be issued minus a 10% fee for logistical management, handling, and packaging. The original shipping costs and insurance paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Once the returned artwork is received and verified, you will be issued a Digital Gift Card for the value of the artwork minus a 10% fee for handling and management. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs: Return shipping costs for the return transit are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of duly approved transit damage.

Transport Damage Exception: If the return is due to damage caused during transit, the claim will be processed through the shipping insurance. Upon validating the mandatory photographic sequence and once the insurance company approves the compensation, a refund for the value of the artwork will be issued. (Both the original shipping cost and the initial insurance are non-refundable, as those logistical services have already been executed).

6. Certificate of Authenticity

Every original artwork by Mili Vega is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This document serves as a guarantee that the piece is an original, unique work. Should you require additional documentation, photographs, or video evidence of the work’s condition prior to purchase, please contact us.
 

7. Intellectual Property and Governing Law

The sale of the physical artwork does not transfer any rights to the copyright or reproduction of the work. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the artist. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our collectors. Personal information collected during the checkout process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing relevant updates. We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal data to third parties.
