The Inner Bloom belongs to a group of works that includes Sacred Garden and The Garden Within, exploring the idea of the garden as something we carry within ourselves.
Roses appear across the woman's skin, while a large flower handcrafted from Peruvian aguayo rises from her head. Two hummingbirds hover around it, bringing movement and a sense of life to the figure.
The garden becomes a way of expressing that private part of ourselves made up of emotions, memories and experiences, everything that quietly becomes part of who we are.
In The Inner Bloom, this inner world is imagined as something alive: personal, constantly changing and uniquely our own.
