Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping for this artwork is not free due to its size and weight. Once the artwork is purchased, the shipping cost will be quoted and coordinated with the client individually prior to the dispatch of the piece.

Handling: Each artwork is professionally packed to ensure its integrity during transport.

Delivery Times:
UK: up to 1 week.
International: 1 to 2 weeks (subject to customs processes).

Insurance: All pieces are fully insured for their total value and include a tracking number.
Period: You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return or exchange.

Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Security Requirement: It is mandatory to provide photographic evidence in chronological order: the condition of the exterior packaging before opening, the unpacking process, and the condition of the artwork immediately upon removal. Failure to provide this complete sequence of evidence invalidates any claim for damages or insurance activation.

Refunds: Once the returned piece has been verified, a refund of the artwork's value will be issued, deducting the costs of packaging, original shipping, and the insurance premium (in cases where the return is not due to damage). (Note: In cases where the client has directly assumed the original shipping and insurance costs, only the packaging cost will be deducted from the artwork's value).

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your piece for another available artwork, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the returned artwork is received and verified, you will be issued a Digital Gift Card for the net value of the artwork (total amount paid minus original shipping, packaging, and insurance costs, in cases where the client assumed the shipping and insurance, only packaging costs will be deducted), which can be applied toward the purchase of a new piece.

Return Costs: Return shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Exception: Should the return or exchange be due to damage caused during transport, the claim will be processed through the transport insurance, subject to the validation of the mandatory photographic sequence.
