My Horizon changes as it opens and closes, revealing two different ways of looking at the same world.
When open, a landscape of light appears around a central eye surrounded by sculpted petals. Within the iris, a rose blooms, turning the gaze inward and suggesting that sometimes the horizons we search for are not only in front of us, but also within us.
When the piece closes, another image emerges: a hummingbird formed from roses against a background of translucent red flowers. What was hidden becomes visible, while what we saw before disappears.
Moving between these two images, My Horizon becomes a reminder that our perspective is never fixed. As we change, the way we see ourselves and the world around us can change too.
