Delivery Times: UK: up to 1 week. International: 1 to 2 weeks (subject to customs processes).

Insurance: All pieces are fully insured for their total value and include a tracking number.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for the majority of destinations. Important note: For large-format works, significant weights, or international destinations with complex access, shipping costs are not included; these will be quoted and coordinated on an individual basis prior to the final payment for the artwork.
Period: You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return or exchange.

Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Security Requirement: It is mandatory to provide photographic evidence in chronological order: the condition of the exterior packaging before opening, the unpacking process, and the condition of the artwork immediately upon removal. Failure to provide this complete sequence of evidence invalidates any claim for damages or insurance activation.

Refunds: Once the returned piece has been verified, a refund of the artwork's value will be issued, deducting the costs of packaging, the original shipping, and the insurance premium (in cases where the return is not due to damage).

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your piece for another available artwork, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the returned artwork is received and verified, you will be issued a Digital Gift Card for the net value of the artwork (total amount paid minus original shipping, packaging, and insurance costs), which can be applied toward the purchase of a new piece.

Return Costs: Return shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Exception: Should the return or exchange be due to damage caused during transport, the claim will be processed through the transport insurance, subject to the validation of the mandatory photographic sequence.
