Nazca Hummingbird comes from one of the most enigmatic symbols of my Peru: the hummingbird of the Nazca Lines. Its bronze figure appears against a softly painted skyscape, creating an encounter between earth, sky and the traces of our past that remain with us.
Around it, sculptural resin leaves frame the composition, bringing depth and movement to the piece. For me, the hummingbird connects the beauty and fragility of nature with the mystery of our roots, becoming a small tribute to an image that has endured for centuries and continues to awaken our imagination.
